Alkyd paint Hobby Lack

Alkyd enamel for painting new or previously painted products of wood, fiberboard and chipboard, as well as products of metal, plaster and concrete. It is used for internal and external works. The paint is easy to apply and well leveled without leaving traces of the tool on the surface. After application, a film resistant to washing, mechanical wear and atmospheric phenomena is formed. Colors correspond to the RAL system.

Scope:

The paint is designed for painting furniture, doors, wooden frames, window sills, kitchen cabinets, radiators, pipes, etc., wooden and metal products. It can also be used for painting walls that require frequent washing.

Surface preparation:

Remove contaminants (rust, grease and salts) that make dyeing difficult. The surface must be dry and clean. Old painted surfaces must be polished.

Applying:

Before applying the paint, you need to mix thoroughly. When using a brush or roller, the interval between layers should be at least 24 hours. In pneumatic spraying, the paint must be diluted with 10-15% Mixon Solvent or Mixon Solve W solvent. The required spray viscosity is 20-22 sec. DIN 4 at 20°S. It is applied in 2-3 layers with a paint gun with a nozzle diameter of 1.4-1.5 mm under a pressure of 3-4 bar with an interval between layers of 15-20 minutes.
