Decorative anti-corrosion paint based on synthetic resins. It dries quickly, forming a film on the surface that protects against atmospheric influences and metal corrosion. Due to its composition, the paint can be applied to the surface without prior treatment with an anti-corrosion primer. After applying the surface, a hammer effect is formed, which allows you to hide surface irregularities.

Scope:

It is used for decorative and anti-corrosion treatment of metal and galvanized surfaces. It can also be applied to plastic, wood and concrete surfaces to obtain a decorative effect. You can use both internal and external works.

Surface preparation:

Remove the existing old paint with a scraper or steel brush until a strong and clean base is obtained. Also remove dirt that complicates painting. It is necessary to apply exclusively on a dry and clean surface.

Applying:

Before applying the paint, you need to mix thoroughly. The recommended air and surface temperature should be from +15°С to +25°С at a relative humidity of no more than 70%. At a higher temperature and high humidity, the drying time increases and the decorative qualities of the painted surface deteriorate. When using a brush, apply the paint in two layers without using a solvent. The interval between layers is – 10-15 minutes. With pneumatic spraying, the paint must be diluted by 10-20% with MIXON Eko Thinner solvent. The required spray viscosity is 20-22 sec. DIN 4 at 20°S. It is applied in 2 layers with a paint gun. The nozzle diameter is 1.3 mm. Pressure 2-3 bar. The interval between layers is – 10-15 minutes.
